Nowadays traveling can be rewarding and challenging at the same time. I’m presently looking for property inFloridato establish a Touch for Health headquarters.
Since I’ve become a Touch for Health instructor and teaching classes worldwide, I want a “home base” that is easily accessible, warm and near friends.
In many places where I stay I’m always looking for natural food stores or co-ops and I’m happy to say, there are many more now than 30 years ago when I dedicated my life to a style of wellness for myself and my children.
I’m in Lakeland, Floridapresently and have just returned from a GREAT experience of shopping at Chamberlin’s Natural Foods (www.chamberlins.com) located atGroveParkShopping Center.
The staff are tremendously helpful and knowledgeable and truly enjoy their environment. I could hardly leave! It brought back memories of the natural food co-op I helped to start inMiddlesboro,Kentucky over 30 years ago.
I returned to my hotel room and made a sandwich of whole wheat bread, humus, fresh avocado and roasted red bell peppers. YUM!
