The first week of October was an exciting time for Dr. Janet who met a U Haul from Tennessee bringing her stored items of 9 years to Winter Haven, Florida where she is opening a Touch for Health headquarters.
Dr. Janet spent the week fixing, unpacking, sorting, donating, painting, hauling and cleaning the property she bought, which she has named “Isle of View.”
In December, Dr. Janet will return again for more of the same as she also celebrates Christmas with her adult-children after 8 years of being apart. During the holidays she will also market her first Touch for Health class for the month of March 2013.
The upstairs headquarters will consist of an office, a lecture room, a kitchenette and bathroom. The house is 100 years old and has a great deal of character and charm but needs some continued stewardship.
