Attitude.  One of the most powerful aspects of MIND.  A creator of negativity or positivity, success or failure, love or fear.

The choice is always up to YOU.  Not anyone else, really, although we humans do have a tendency to blame others for the choices we make.  We really don’t like taking full responsibility for our choices and that is a negative form of attitude called “victim” consciousness.

The only way to overcome such a state is by having an “attitude of gratitude”.  Whenever you start blaming, criticizing, or judging, look for the opposite of the situation and find something in the masquerade to be grateful for.  It won’t be easy at first, but you can make a game out of it until it does become easier.

Our power to choose is one of the greatest gifts we have as human beings.  In fact as Steven R. Covey says “our ultimate freedom is the right and power to decide how anybody or anything outside ourselves will affect us.”  That’s attitude plain and simple.

So how do you stack up?  On a scale of 1-10 (ten being the highest most positive) how would you rate your attitude?  How fast do you bounce back when life has its way with you?  How do your family and friends rate you?  Today, right now adjust your attitude to be the highest altitude and if you don’t know how to make that a reality….ask someone who does!
