Five eager females spent 8 hours with Dr. Janet at Xtreme Health and Fitness in St. Johns, Antigua as they learned ten techniques for reducing pain, stress and tension. It was the first all female class Dr. Taylor has taught. It was also the first class that a medical doctor attended. The women were upbeat, well versed in natural care techniques and extremely pleased with the new information they received in the class.
The ten techniques are based on oriental medicine, scientific research and applied kinesiology. They are simple to learn, very effective and can be done without the use of expensive equipment. Even young persons 8 years and up can be taught how to do them.
Dr. Taylor will be teaching this class and Touch for Health 1 next year in Antigua in January and March respectively. She will be offering the class to gyms, resorts, businesses and youth organizations through the help of a very enthusiastic promoter.
This class is the final one taught by Dr. Taylor for 2012 and since becoming a certified Touch for Health instructor in November of 2011, she has instructed over 70 student on Dominica and Antigua.
In 2013 she will reach out to other Caribbean islands and is opening her Touch for Health headquarters in Winter Haven Florida.
