Get ready to read something amazing.  Get ready to find yet another self-help tool you can use for upgrading things in your lifestyle.  It is called “Earthing”.  This new term relates to the method of grounding your body when you walk barefoot on the earth.  You read that right…..walking barefoot of all things!

Two researchers, Dr. Stephen Sinatra and Dr. James Oschman have been able to document that Earthing actually thins your blood making it less viscous (less dense).  This in turn has an impact on decreasing cardiovascular disease which has been correlated with elevated blood viscosity.

The researchers found that when you ground to the earth, red blood cells have more charge on their surface, which forces them away from each other causing the blood to flow more easily and your blood pressure drops!  Clot formation is unable to happen when your blood can not stick together.  It is like two magnets with the same charge or pole.  They repel each other.  This is what happens with Earthing.

Actually there is a transfer of free electrons from the earth to your body.  These free electrons happen to be some of the most potent antioxidants known to man.  In Earthing experiments it was found in clinical observations that beneficial changes in heart rate, decreased skin resistance, decreased inflammation and pain, improved sleep, and even slowing of the aging process, occurred.

This is so amazing!!  It costs nothing for you to walk barefoot on the earth and you can do it frequently if you like.  Contrast this instead to many physicians who widely prescribe low dose aspirin to thin the blood.  The problem with aspirin is that many scientific studies do NOT show aspirin doing what physicians think it does.  In fact more studies are showing aspirin has dangerous side effects even in low doses.

So from my perspective I pick Earthing over aspirin.  How about you?
