A new shingles vaccine, which I wrote about before, raises many questions and doubts about taking it or not. In the alternative healing community, there are people who have healed themselves of shingles without medical means. This is exciting to say the least. I’ve compiled as much information as I can to share with the public so they can make informed choices for themselves.
For internal control of inflammation and pain:
Chiropractic adjustments, Reiki, Acupuncture, Tai Chi
Eating B6 foods-banana,nuts, potatoes, sweet potato
Avoid acid forming foods–red meat, cheese, salty food, eggs, caffeine, fried foods, and sodas.
Eat fresh raw veggies and fruits
B12-500mg a day L-lysine -3000mg a day
Apple or celery juice each night
Carrot- beet – cucumber juice each day
