The area of spiritual well being is usually thought of as a job for clergy.  However, in our everyday lives we can have a personal relationship with a Higher Power that brings peace and joy to us and those who are fortunate enough to be in our space by using some of the suggestions below.

SPIRITUAL

1.  Commune with nature at least once a week.

2.  Go to places that inspire your spirit..

3.  Pray (talking to) daily to connect with your Higher power.

4.  Meditate (listening to) daily to connect with your Higher power.

5.  Listen to music that calms and inspires your spirit

6.  Be grateful for a least 10 things everyday.

7.  Give and receive love each day (without strings attached).

8.  Do random acts of kindness when least expected

9.  Cultivate humility from which comes great strength.

10.  Love Higher Power, Self and family above all others.

In summary, BE 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT YOU THINK, WHAT YOU SAY, WHAT YOU HEAR, WHAT YOU SEE AND WHAT YOU DO.
