As with physical health there are some basic ways to keep us emotionally and mentally stable.  By incorporating these into your life you will find a peace and  health that others will notice and ask you about.

MENTAL

  1.  Foster a positive mental attitude
  2.  Repeat personal affirmations daily with feeling and passion.
  3.  Be a  mindful steward of the earth by going ” green” with cleaning  supplies energy-saving lights, reusable non –plastic bags, etc.
  4. Laugh often!
  5.  Give back to the community.
  6.  Help someone to get what they want and you will, in turn, get what you want.
  7. Question your thoughts to see if they are really true or just something you choose to believe without checking it out.
  8. Constantly work on self-growth or self-help skills.  . Learn from your mistakes and turn them into opportunities
  9. Read all forms of information- -newspapers, books, magazines and Internet.  Cultivate a wide variety of interest.
  10. Set goals, action steps and time schedules for your life.
