I gave myself three days of serious hunting for Florida property for my Touch for Health headquarters. The realtor was quite skeptical about my chances of finding a duplex for the price I was willing to pay. Upon the recommendation of a friend, I also considered a two story house with separate entry to the upstairs.
After looking at two duplexes, which made me shutter, we narrowed our search to the two story and voila…..found one in Winterhaven!! It is located in the historic district, across from a lovely park/playground with a magnificent view of Lake Martha. It has all the right feel and a sweetness of charm made for healing.
It is a short sale so who knows what the timing will be on the closing. Be that as it may, I am extremely excited about the possibilities. Here is a photo of the front …….
